What? This Biotechnet annual event that brings together students and scientists from academia and industry. Biotechnology students can broaden their professional networks and interact with lecturers and industrial partners.
Where and when? It will take place from 1 - 4 September 2024 in the Aula Grüntal at ZHAW Wädenswil.
Who? Participants and lecturers will gather from a variety of Europen countries a range of European and Swiss universities (FHNW, HES-SO, MCI the Entrepreneurial School and its Ulysseus Network of European Universities, University of Bern, University of Freiburg i.B., University of Palermo, University of Zurich, ZHAW). Companies will have the opportunity to present themselves to a braod audience.
Why? The XVIII Summer School on Advanced Biotechnology 2024 provides students with introductory presentations on key topics and application challenges of biotechnology, covering a broad range of subjects in advanced biotechnology. Sessions include topics such as environmental biotech, food, energy, drug development and delivery, biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and analytics.
