ZHAW Sustainability Safari with WeNurse
Supporting care workers and including them in a company to create better working conditions - a good idea, but what does it take to turn it into a sustainable business model? We’ll talk about this and more with WeNurse during our safari to the start-up.
Today we will get to know WeNurse. Their goal is to create better working conditions for nurses. They hire nurses who fulfil assignments on a project basis and at the same time actively shape the WeNurse company and have a right to vote and decide how the company develops. You will find out how the company came into being directly on site and in discussions with the WeNurse team at the apéro afterwards.
About WeNurse
A woman who completed her Master's degree in nursing at the ZHAW had already built up and sold her first successful company together with a Master's graduate from the HSG. The two got on well and now wanted to develop a new company to tackle another problem in our society. They decided to take on nursing this time, which the nursing graduate had witnessed first-hand.
