Description
Our goal is to elucidate the proteome of Thiodictyon synthrophicum, a purpur sulphur Gram-negative bacterium, by a shotgun/bottom-up nanoUHPLC-MS/MS approach to better understand its role in the Cadagno Lake ecosystem.
