Which psychological factors influence entrepreneurship at the level of the individual and the team?

The section Business Psychology analyses relevant personal characteristics of entrepreneurs at the individual level in order to explain their mindsets, beliefs and behavioural patterns and to develop and consolidate founders in entrepreneurship. Since most entrepreneurs start up in teams, we analyse their ideal team dynamics and constellation. We accompany and strengthen the founding teams on their way from the business idea to the consolidated start-up.

Level of the individual

  • Growth mindset for more agile actions, for seizing opportunities, for dealing with challenges, for a culture of error and learning, and for developing solutions that lead to entrepreneurial success.
  • Grit as a driver of success - through perseverance and passion.
  • Resilience as resistance and the ability to successfully and healthily overcome difficult entrepreneurial challenges.
