Leadership and communication are closely linked: Managers must constantly use language to direct and steer the organisation internally and externally. How can successful leadership be achieved through communication and writing, with and without artificial intelligence? The answer is professional literacy.
Description
The members of the Executive Board as well as the staff and assistants to the Executive Board communicate with authorities, political mandate holders, competitors, partners and citizens. The project aims to strengthen the skills of these writers so that they can communicate complex content with greater certainty in a way that is appropriate for the target group, simple and understandable, and thus lead the organisation even better in the desired direction.
