MSE Master Aviation lessons with practical relevance directly on the aircraft
Students of the Master's programme visited the Jet&Prop Heritage operation at the FFA Museum in Altenrhein as part of their training.
During the spring semester, the lecture «Advanced Aircraft System Design» of the aviation specialization of the Master in Engineering studies was conducted at the maintenance shop of the Jet&Prop Heritage at FFA Museum in Altenrhein. The reference to practical applications and examples is important and shows the interaction of the different aircraft systems and their complexity. The on-site teaching, combined with the inspection of actual aircraft, was very much appreciated by the students and perceived as a valuable contribution to the training.
Due to the positive feedback from all students, another training block will take place in Altenrhein in 2024.
