Comparative genomics to untangle insect pathogenicity in plant-associated pseudomonads
Description
We study the genomes of an array of plant-beneficial pseudomonads using a comparative genomics approach. The aim is to define the potential of the different isolates as insect pathogens and as plant beneficials.
