In this project the SIDAC system was developed that allows the collection and management of all kinds of data from existing real estates that is needed for the strategic assect controlling these real estates. In addition, consulting services were designed that are based on different simulations with the collected data. SIDAC closes the gap between specialized CAE systems for real estates and the portfolio/management tools for running the real estates. It allows to compare the long term effects of different investment stategies based on the actual state of the real estate.
