Developing new behavioural models for simulating pedestrian flows and an optimized revenue concept
Description
The simulation of pedestrian flows has become of increasing importance and attention over the last years. With the resulting innovations this project aims to improve the quality of the simulation results substantially. Furthermore the duration of simulation projects shall be reduced to improve competitiveness. This is also based on the fact, that in addition to the standard desktop solution, a high performance cloud-computing version shall be developed, leading to reduced computation time and the option of providing additional services. Finally, an optimized revenue concept shall be developed to allow for sustainable financial succes of our industrial partner company.
