Needs assessment: Digital service portfolio of Zurich’s municipalities
Description
In order to assess the needs of the population regarding the digital services of Zurich's municipalities, an online survey will be conducted. For this purpose, the following topics will be examined:- Most common uses of digital services of the municipality- Perceived problems in the use of these services- Evaluation of individual aspects of eServices- Willingness to pay for extended or additional digital services- Willingness to participate in the digital provision of services- Readiness to switch to digital interaction with the administration in general as well as in return for discounts
