The aim of the project is to make a contribution to the area "Diversity" of the research focus "Social Integration". A publication is intended to highlight the gap between the needs of patients and health professionals. The aim is to develop solutions for medical-therapeutic practice as well as training and further education in order to support the social integration of people with chronic diseases using quantified self technologies.
