Living in the KREIS-Haus
What does sustainable living look like – and more importantly, what does it feel like? At the KREIS-Haus, visitors experience first-hand what climate neutrality and sufficiency mean, while simultaneously becoming part of a research project.

Description
At the KREIS-Haus, visitors experience first-hand what a circular economy means in the context of building and living, while also becoming part of a research project. As part of this project, educational tours and information materials at the KREIS-Haus are developed. Visitors complete a scientific questionnaire immediately after their stay (overnight visit or tour) and again six months later. They provide feedback on the house and answer questions aimed at better understanding the acceptance of sustainable construction and the socio-economic characteristics of the participants. The goal of the research project is to promote sustainable and circular building and living practices among the general public.
