Visibility of soft skills in the agile organization
Description
The idea is to create a toolkit/cockpit to make soft skills continuously visible. Such a tool could help teams identify their collaborative skills to drive optimization and innovation simultaneously. Especially in agile transformation processes and new work situations, soft skills play a crucial but often underestimated or neglected role. The Institute of Business Information Technology would like to use its expertise to discuss the feasibility of an information system or product that continuously monitors soft skills in agile organizations or teams. It provides a systematic literature review to give a clear picture of the practical relevance of such a cockpit. A concrete user story of a software engineering team for the targeted use of soft skills in dealing with failures and for developing an appropriate learning culture can then provide initial indications of the usefulness of a corresponding tool.
