Consulting Service for the preparation of the GESDA Anticipation Observatory

Description
The Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator (GESDA) is developing the “Anticipation Observatory". The observatory is aimed at equipping decision-makers with the necessary navigation tools to best support research and policy-making in technology and their applications in society. By understanding the impacts and existing mechanisms to govern them, governments will be able to put in place the necessary mechanisms to protect individuals from potential misuses.
The ZHAW Centre for Artificial Intelligence provides expert advice on the current state-of-the-art, societal impact and existing governance frameworks for emerging technologies like AI, neurotechnologies, and others.
