Analysis and synthesis of policies for the digital transformation of a Swiss canton
Description
The relevant strategic frameworks were analyzed to ensure the coherent management of digital transformation across organizational and federal borders. Using the steering levels (principles, fields of action, priorities, objectives) as a starting point, the frameworks were compared, and commonalities and gaps were identified. This ultimately resulted in a guiding overview and recommendations for further strategic management of the digital transformation in the canton.
