Mass spectrometric analyses of DARPins
Description
DARPins (designed ankyrin repeat proteins) are repeat proteins which are developed as novel therapeutics. For identification and establishment of the physicochemical properties of the lead candidates, exact molecular masses and amino acid sequences are assessed using mass spectrometry. Also, molecules are investigated for post-translational modifications at formulation and storage conditions as well after exposure to stress conditions.
