Bioanalytics of vaccine bioconjugate candidates
Description
Protein-polysaccharide conjugates which are based on chemical conjugations are used for the vaccination against bacterial infections. Novel conjugates are being developed as vaccine candidates encompassing in vivo conjugation maintaining native epitopes within protein and carbohydrate antigen. The development of these candidates requires broad bioanalytics which is developed at ZHAW for the characterization of the candidate conjugates.
