Stem cell expansion process with microcarriers
Description
The development of stem cell-based therapeutics is predicted to grow significantly in the future. The first commercial products are available and are used primarily in regenerative medicine. The aim of the project is to transfer a production process in planar cultivation systems to an agitated bioreactor that is operated with hMSCs and microcarriers.
