Method development for the early product quantification
Description
Protein-polysaccharide conjugates which are based on chemical conjugations are used for the vaccination against bacterial infections. Novel conjugates are being developed as vaccine candidates encompassing in vivo conjugation maintaining native epitopes within protein and carbohydrate antigen. The goal of this project is the development of a robotic high throughput method for the early quantification of the product from different expression hosts.
