Modelling Board Performance and Diversity

Description

In this project, we developed an evidence-based approach to executive board selection and composition. The project addressed the need for systematic, data-driven tools to optimize board diversity and performance, covering two key elements:

  1. Enhanced data extraction: We expanded the firm's proprietary database by incorporating additional metrics relevant to executive board diversity and performance, ensuring high-quality data structuring and integration for subsequent analysis.
  2. Proof of Concept (PoC) development: We built a PoC to demonstrate the utility of empirical models for optimizing board diversity and performance, providing interpretable, data-informed insights that can be integrated into the firm's consulting services.
