Description
The employee survey 2022 shows that the cooperation between institutes and departments is not satisfactory.
The project aims to develop a proof-of-concept for a user-centered app that allows ZHAW members to connect. The matching system is inspired by dating apps: user profiles with interests and competencies are visible. Three options are being considered:
- Person-Person: By "swiping," users find profiles that suit them. If the interest is mutual, a "match" is created.
- Idea-Person: Users have a research idea and can find people with matching attributes thanks to a filter function.
- Person-Idea: Users can search for research ideas on a marketplace that suit them.
The attractiveness of the app will be enhanced through gamification.
