ZHAW spin-off RWAI has secured CHF 1.5 million growth funding
The ZHAW spin-off RWAI has received CHF 1.5 million in funding. The company intends to use the funding to further develop its AI solution TicketPilot, tap into new markets and expand its team.
TicketPilot uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to enable faster, more precise and more cost-effective support and maintenance services in companies. TicketPilot agents classify tickets, recognise related incidents and generate solution suggestions based on previous data.
Founded in August 2024, the company is a spin-off of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence at the ZHAW.
