The Role of Data Scientists in Modern Enterprises
What training is required to become a data scientist? What is the role of data scientists in current enterprises?
ZHAW researchers Thoralf Mildenberger, Martin Braschler, Andreas Ruckstuhl, Robert Vorburger and Kurt Stockinger address these questions by evaluating a survey of graduates from the MAS Data Science Program. One of the key findings is that not only AI and machine learning are important for data scientists working in an enterprise but also database query languages such as SQL.
