Detailed meal forecast for the restaurant industry
Description
In this project, a tool is being developed that uses the latest data processing algorithms and novel statistical modeling approaches to forecast menus / individual items sold in gastronomy. The tool allows a more accurate planning and thus reduce e.g. food waste.
