Transformation by Creagilization - Designing the Future with Creagile Skills & AI Literacy (CreAIgile Literacy)
Description
Project to promote creative skills for the responsible use of AI
Developments in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) are transforming language and communication professions to a particular extent. While machine translations and automatic text production are taking over routine tasks, specifically human skills and interdisciplinary competencies are gaining in importance. The ability to use AI responsibly and sustainably is crucial.
A creative and agile mindset is crucial to this, in order to recognize options for action in situations of overstrain and in dealing with open questions to which we have no answers. "Creagile skills" such as admitting not knowing, working with an open outcome, changing perspectives, using diversity or cultivating unlearning enable us to deal creatively and flexibly with increasing uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Only in this way can we shape and influence the rapidly changing world of work in a pioneering way. Educational institutions and companies are faced with the challenge of finding methods and strategies to promote these creative future skills and integrate them into curricula or further education programs. Original approaches are needed to adequately assess learning progress in these competencies.
In our project, we combine various disciplines in a multi- and transdisciplinary way, based on the initial findings of an Erasmus+ project on "Creative Agility" (2021-2023). The new project aims to develop and test multilingual teaching and training programs to specifically promote creagile skills for the responsible use of AI, as well as to create quality and assessment criteria for monitoring. Through cooperation with international and national educational institutions, partners in the travel industry and network partners from the fields of design, entrepreneurship and innovation, we make an important contribution to the adaptation and transformation of the education system and to preparing graduates and workers for the world of work of tomorrow.
The outputs of the project serve to identify developments in the field of AI at an early stage, to reflect on them and to design situationally appropriate solutions for the use of new technologies in companies and educational institutions.
Our interdisciplinary CreAIgile Literacy offerings are particularly relevant for leading managers, trainers and employees in organizations, teachers and students, as well as other coaches and trainers. The developed offerings and materials can be adapted and used by other organizations and industries in their specific contexts.
Project activities are continuously published on the project website (see link below).
