Scientific Support for a Zurich Municipal Administration in the Digital Transformation of its Organization.
Research Question: How can employees be successfully involved in the change process, and to what extent does this participation impact their readiness for change within the municipal administration?
Methodology: Action research involving the application of various participatory design methods, such as system mapping, prototyping, and backcasting, as well as observing the use of these methods; quantitative panel surveys among employees; and qualitative interviews with public managers within the municipal administration
