Organ-on-a-Chip
Description
The project deals with the scalable expansion and differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells for organ-on-a-chip applications. Microcarriers and suitable bioreactors are used. Spinner experiments form the basis. The benchmark is cultivation with static systems (t-flasks, Cellstacks). Single-use systems are preferred.
