IgG productions with CHO cells
Description
IgG production with ExpiCHO-S 6H8 cells is carried out as part of the project. Different cultivation systems and different process modes are used. The process analysis includes the determination of the cell density, main substrates and metabolites, the product titer and the product quality. Work is carried out on the mL and L scale.
