Scalable Stem Cell Platform for the production of iPSCs (SiPSC)
Description
The project aims to establish and characterize a scalable bioreactor platform for the expansion of human induced pluripotent stem cells, taking into account bioprocess engineering aspects. The basis is a literature search. Both classical and CFD investigations were carried out for the bioprocess engineering characterization of the selected bioreactor types.
