HEK cells (50 L)
Description
Transient product expressions can be developed more quickly than stable expression. They are often carried out with human embryonic kidney (HEK) cells in chemically defined culture media. As part of the project, HEK cells are to be cultivated and transfected in a 50 L stirred single-use bioreactor with a cylindrical bag.
