Glucose-Sensor based Optimization of mAb Production Processes
Description
The project will investigate the influence of glucose concentration and feeding regime on cell growth and monoclonal antibody product formation in a Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)-based fed-batch process with different glucose sensors. Stirred bioreactors established in the industry are used on a laboratory scale.
