Corporate stewardship plays an increasingly central role in responsible investing, but detailed, standardized data on institutional investors' stewardship practices is scarce. When available, data lacks consistency across institutions.

The aim of the project is to develop a solution for quantifying stewardship efforts using measurable and comparable data. To this end, a benchmarking tool will be developed that extends an existing voting tool to engagement. This tool will help asset managers to assess and improve their stewardship practices and institutional asset owners such as pension funds and fund selectors to select credible financial products.
