Intensification approaches for the production of an antibody with CHO cells

In this collaborative project of the Cell Cultivation Techniques Group, various intensification approaches for the production of an antibody with CHO cells are being investigated. The aim of the project is to establish a perfusion process for inoculum production with a highly productive industrial cell line and a high-seed-fed batch production process inoculated from it.
