Tecom Switzerland, the specialist and professional association for technical communication, has been focusing on the further development of the specialist field of “technical communication” and the representation of the interests of its members from industry, services and education in Switzerland since 1987. The vision of growing together and networking knowledge and knowledge carriers is leading the way.

In Switzerland, digitalization is a key factor for companies and SMEs to be able to compete internationally. In order to drive this digitalization forward, SMEs are looking for support from Tecom, service providers, universities, etc. For their part, they also seek contact with companies and SMEs in order to pass on their knowledge in practice. This connection is to be strengthened by Tecom conducting a survey on the current state of the industry in order to obtain facts and figures on the labor market and on training and further education. In addition, the current status of digital transformation in the industry in Switzerland will also be surveyed in order to visualize the needs of companies and SMEs in the digital context and to enable a kind of benchmark.

These findings will be published in a publication and made available to all members free of charge.
