Agile Dynamics: Organizational Fit Instrument
The project develops a diagnostic tool to assess employee fit within agile structures. It is based on psychological models (including Big Five and stage development). The goal is to reduce challenges in agile transformation and provide a solid foundation for organizational development.
Description
Companies are increasingly adopting agile organizational models, but insufficient consideration of individual suitability often leads to resistance and performance declines. This project aims to develop an initial diagnostic tool to assess employee fit with their role, team, and organization.
Based on psychological models such as the Big Five, Self-Determination Theory, Person-Job Fit, and Stage Development, the tool is designed to address the challenges of agile transformation. It evaluates how well employees align with the demands of agile roles, enabling early detection of misalignment and the implementation of targeted development measures. This creates a solid foundation for sustainable organizational development that balances both individual and business needs.
