Real Time, Automation of Protien Evolution (RT-aPACE)
Real Time, Automated protien evolution (RT-aPACE) for the development of new gene editing tools (in partnership with University of Zurich (EvoFlow).
Description
This project aims to develop a real-time, automated system for evolving protein function. This will help to accelerate the development of high-precision gene editing tools for the therapeutic treatment of human disease. More specficially, the project will streamline the currently labour intensive worklfow associated with Phage Assisted Continuous Evolution, allowing rptiens to be evolved in a fully autonomous manner.
