Description
The ZHAW and Sallea AG aim to develop a scalable clean meat production process by incorporating Sallea AG's proprietary edible scaffolds into a stirred tank cultivation approach using the adherent murine myeloma cell line C2C12. Process development will include cell line characterization, process development, and process optimization.
