“The experiences and needs of persons with disabilities in using paratransit services”
People with disabilities still do not receive equal treatment when it comes to using public transport and often have to resort to calling on so-called paratransit services.
In an interdisciplinary article published in the “Disability and Health Journal”, various researchers, including our research associate Dr Martina Filippo, explored the financial and structural challenges posed by these services.
