What You Will Learn
The interdisciplinary specialization in Human Centered Organization qualifies you for demanding specialist positions in companies and organizations in a range of fields.
You will learn how to shape companies strategically, organizationally, and culturally so that people can apply and develop their potential in the sense of economic, social, and ecological value creation. You will engage with methodologies at an individual, team, and organizational level through case studies and project work and develop social and transformational skills to help support and shape change processes in companies holistically.
Your Career Prospects
This degree program qualifies you to work in various areas of human resources management and corporate/organizational development in small, medium, and large companies, as well as in management and personnel consulting. Possible fields of work include personnel consulting, HR consultancy, project management in the area of people management and human resources management, learning and development/people development, organizational development, recruiting/talent acquisition, talent relationship management, change management, agile coaching, and servant leadership.

What You Need to Qualify
- Typically, you will have a vocational baccalaureate in economics or services. There are various other ways in which you can be admitted to our program. Find out more here about admission requirements.
- Certificate from a college of higher education and training (HF): Exempt from examination, at least one year of regulated work experience in the commercial sector. With certain HF certificates (see admission requirements), direct entry to the main study program is possible (the assessment with 60 ECTS is waived across the board).
