"Rethinking Grand Challenges: Public Sector Disaster Insurance and Climate Adaptation in Switzerland"
Drawing on qualitative data from the Swiss disaster insurance system, Prof. Cacciatori shows how public sector monopolies can successfully drive climate adaptation. The presented study urges a rethink of the public sector’s role and offers a new framework for addressing complex societal problems.
