Award for Best Publication in the Field of Entrepreneurship Education

Thierry Volery, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Head of the Department General Management at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, and his co-author Safiya Alshibani have been awarded the prize for best publication in the field of entrepreneurship education.

The "Best Entrepreneurial Pedagogy Research Paper Award" was recently presented to Thierry Volery and Safiya Alshibani at the "International Entrepreneurship Research Conference." The conference was organized by Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College (MBSC) in the port city of Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). Its thematic focus was entrepreneurship, family business, and sustainable innovation. 

The award-winning paper - "Artificial Intelligence in Entrepreneurship Education: Outcomes and Lessons Learned From the Use of ChatGPT to Perform a Market Research Assignment" - provides insight into the effective implementation of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship education and its learning outcomes. Specifically, the paper documents the use of ChatGPT to carry out a market research assignment in an entrepreneurship module.
