TCM Medicinal Plant Garden
An ancient tradition
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is not only practiced in China today, but also worldwide. It is one of the oldest therapy systems in medicine. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, over 90% of therapeutic products are of plant origin, yet the plants used for this are still practically unknown to us in Switzerland. Here in the very first learning and research garden for Chinese medicinal plants in Switzerland, a range of over 130 plant species is on display. The collection supports future TCM professionals, but is also available to the general public to discover these unknown medicinal plants.
