Studying in Wädenswil
The Department of Life Sciences and Facility Management (LSFM) is located in Wädenswil on the left bank of Lake Zurich. It teaches and conducts research in the fields of environment, nutrition / food, health and society. The range of education and training includes bachelor's degree programmes, master's degree programmes and a broad continuing education programme. Around 1600 students are currently enrolled in Wädenswil.
A close cooperation with external clients ensures the transfer of knowledge and technology between university and practice. Our devices and equipment are state of the art. Modern laboratories, testing and production facilities enable competent processing of application-oriented research and development projects. You will profit from this in your studies!
Thanks to its unique location in the countryside, the university offers a stimulating teaching and learning atmosphere. In addition to studying, a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities provide a balance. The small town of Wädenswil has good transport connections and is only 20 km from the economic and trendy metropolis of Zurich.
