In a preliminary study on the topic of "Increasing the well-being of residents in retirement and nursing homes by making catering services more flexible with the help of technology", the complexity of resident-centered catering services in residential care homes & care homes with nursing became clear. The results and findings can be found in the final report of the preliminary study.
