Exciting News from the MSc PREFS - Welcome Day 2024!

Our journey towards transforming the food systems just took a thrilling leap as we welcomed 30 new students to the MSc in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems programme.

Especially fascinating: the diverse pathways through which they found their way to us – from childhood friends to social media and influential reports like Hani Rützler's Food Report 2024. Their common thread? A shared passion and curiosity to change our food systems.

On February 21st, these varied pathways converged as we celebrated our Welcome Day, marking the commencement of their collective journey to becoming preneurs and change-makers. It was a day filled with excitement, anticipation, and the recognition that each individual brings a unique perspective and drive to the table.

A journey is only as good as its sustenance. That's why, in the spirit of fostering community and collaboration, we organized a joint cooking session in the evening that was beautifully facilitated by Andreas Bossert. Standing in the kitchen and listening to our new students chat and get to know each other holds that special kind of magic new beginnings often bring.

As we embark on this journey together, we're thrilled to witness the growth, collaboration, and innovation that will undoubtedly emerge from the collective efforts of these 30 new PREFS students. Their individual paths will intertwine and diverge, leading them to discoveries and insights that will shape not only their experience here but also their impactful journeys beyond PREFS.

Stay tuned as we follow the adventures of our students and celebrate their successes along the way. Together, we're shaping a future where regenerative food systems are not just an idea but a reality.
