Our MSc in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems program was invited to this year's Soil to Soul Symposium as a cooperation partner and we were able to experience an exciting panel discussion. The topic "Der Boden arbeitet für uns - wenn wir ihn lassen" was discussed by Alex von Hettlingen, Marcel Heinrich and Claudio Müller. Especially Marcel from Biohof Las Sorts has descripted impressively how regenerative agriculture was implemented on his farm in a very concrete way.

Soil to Soul also gave our students the opportunity to participate in different formats over the three days, and our PREFS student Karin Weiss reports about the symposium: "I particularly liked the versatility of the presentations. Through the different inputs, I once again became clearly aware of the extensive interconnections in the nutrition system and was able to expand this awareness even further. This interconnectedness and the holistic view of the food system also drives me further in my PREFS studies."
