Our student Fabiano De Gani talks about himself and his vision!

"My career is multi-faceted: commercial apprenticeship, bank branch manager, food engineer, production manager of a beverage start-up, product developer for Rice Bowls and now Pizzaiolo. Meanwhile, my passion for food has brought me into the most diverse areas of the Swiss food system: production, development, gastronomy.

My drive for the MSc in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems is to be able to fully dedicate myself to what for me are the most urgent and important questions of our time: How can food networks be made sustainable? What and especially WHO is needed to drive their regenerative transformation? Thanks to the open curriculum educational concept, I can develop myself personally enormously and pursue the content that really attracts me.

The Master allows me to network with people who have similar goals and are just as enthusiastic about finding solutions for the future. They inspire and motivate me and at the same time I can give my thoughts and energy back to this community. In the future, I want to use all of this for my heart's desire. This will have to do with sharing my enthusiasm for food issues with other people.

When my friends ask what exactly I am doing in my studies, I always tell them that I am pursuing the topic of regenerative transformation of food networks, which is of burning interest to me. I'm meeting inspiring people and using my skills for a cause that's important (to me), and most importantly, I can say that I'm simply having a very good time."
