Our dedicated module leader Denise Loga shares her personal journey and profound connection to the MSc in Preneurship for Regenerative Food System. For Denise, this programme is not just an academic pursuit; it’s an affair of the heart.
"My passion? Enthusiasm for socializing with inspiring people, spending time in nature every day, cooking for family and friends and the Italian way of life! I am climbing mountains on a regular basis because the world looks beautiful, authentic, and peaceful from the summit!!
Beyond my role as a PREFS module director and lecturer, I have co-founded two companies in Berlin. I am also the author of the book "Connect Yourself!" and I have contributed my expertise in various organizations, including the IIED, WWF, and UNEP where I focused on sustainable development and climate change.
The heart of PREFS lies in its commitment to addressing the critical issues that shape our world, particularly within the realm of food systems. We strive to create positive change, critically evaluate existing processes, and pioneer innovative approaches – such as the measurement and evaluation of regeneration.
However, what truly ignites my passion is working alongside our students. Their competence, entrepreneurial drive, and unwavering persistence inspire me. As they actively shape the future of the food industry, I feel privileged to accompany them on their transformative journey.
The MSc PREFS offers a holistic package unlike any other. When I first learned about the development of this innovative master’s programme, it quickly became clear: "I want to be part of it!".
