The Agro Food Project Case Bazaar - Bargaining like at a real bazaar!
The Agro Food Project (AGFP) module is the highlight of the MSc in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems (PREFS), in which interdisciplinary student teams work on their project case during four semesters. Each project case focuses on challenges in the foodsystem with the goal of developing regenerative solutions and practice-oriented innovations.
The MSc PREFS students showed great interest in this year's Project Case Bazaar and were immersed in discussions with their potential project partners. 18 project cases in the fields of economy, research and society were available and vied for the students' favour – no easy decision. Project partners such as City of Zurich, Amfora, Foodflows and Swiss Food and Nutrition Valley were enthusiastic about the bazaar atmosphere. In the end, nine of the projects were chosen. The teams are now developing innovative and entrepreneurial solutions for these cases. Curious which cases were chosen? Stay tuned!
