Vegetable collection garden

A sanctuary for old cultivated crops

The diversity of old crops and their cultivation is celebrated here.

In the garden, almost forgotten vegetable species such as parsnip, cardy or tree spinach can be rediscovered. In addition to old and new types of vegetables, herbs, dye plants and individual types of grain are also on display. In the vegetable collection garden, in addition to an exceptional range of crops, the entire cycle from seed to bloom and fruit production can be observed over the course of the growing season.
